PRE-PREGS
Our range of dry fabrics could be pre-impregnated with the following epoxy systems:
IMP-BKS epoxy system with cycles of polimeritation from 85°C.
IMP-500 high clear epoxy system studied to produce pieces with a perfect finish.
 EPOXY RESIN
We are the Italian distributor of HEXION spoxy system for composite application.
 DYNANOTEX
DYNANOTEX is a tow spreading patented system for unidirectional carbon fibre reinforcements.
DYNANOTEX consists in two layers of unidirectional carbon fibre bonded together by a resins compatible adhesive.
DYNANOTEX carbon UD has the following main properties:
- No pollution elements on reinforcement surfaces
- Perfect fibres alignment on horizontal plain and elimination of waviness on vertical plain
- Reduction and absolute steadfastness of thickness (35% less than traditional unidirectional reinforcements)
- Low weight reinforcements (70 to 200 g\m²) from heavy tow fibres (15K- 24K- 50K)
So laminates made with DYNANOTEX products allows:
- To use the 100% of mechanical performances of fibres
- Improvement of fibre impregnability thanks to capillarity property improvement.
- Elimination of resin accumulation due a very good distribution of fibres.
- Costs reduction
